I’m a Naturopath, Nutritional Therapist and Herbalist, also trained in Functional Medicine.

I take a holistic approach to health, recognizing the interconnectedness of physical, emotional, and spiritual health.

I love working with women’s unique stories and selves to create a well-rounded, personalized nutrition and lifestyle plan that empowers them, not only in health, but in the joy and harmony that comes along with living in alignment with their body and soul.
